OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION MFA GUITAR CAMP 2023

REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION

Your decision to register for MFA GUITAR CAMP 2023 represents your acknowledgement of and agreement to all terms and conditions of registration, payment, and cancellation listed below.

MFA reserves the right to:

1. refuse admission in case of declaration of incorrect data or false identity
2. Replacing an artist for reasons NOT within our control (accident, illness, force majeure, bereavement, problems caused by others);
3. remove, even while the event is in progress and without refund:

• any person for any reason, including but not limited to any harm or potential harm the person may cause;
• in the case of threats, disorderly conduct, illegal activity, or for any other reason that is not prohibited by law but cannot be deemed appropriate for the situation;
• in case of a violation of the law;

BOOKING ACCOMODATION OR SERVICES

MFA is not responsible for the reservation and any complaints regarding the choice of accommodation, meals and the facility hosting the event. Therefore, no candidate is obliged to stay AT THE PARC HOTEL and will be able to make his/her own arrangements to find a different facility. All requests, reservations and questions that are not the responsibility of MFA (choice of room type, check in times, check out times, extra services, meals, reporting food allergies and the like, etc.) must be made directly to the facility chosen for the stay.

INSURANCE

MFA recommends that you independently purchase insurance for transportation, lodging, and anything else that could be lost if the event is cancelled or postponed due to force majeure and or otherwise beyond MFA’s control.

UNDERAGE

It is possible to enroll in MFA GUITAR CAMP also for minors under 18 years old, provided that they are accompanied by an adult who will not have access to the events (unless properly registered) but who will be present throughout the event with maximum availability. MFA does not assume any responsibility and will not be under any obligation to supervise the minor. We recommend at least 14 years of age and a fair knowledge of English.

REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS

All rates are per person unless otherwise noted.
All prices are subject to change for additional services (private lessons, discounts and temporary promotions).
MFA reserves the right to change any price, package or offer at any time without notice except for reservations made prior to any changes.
All rates are subject to a 10% surcharge, which includes all taxes and service charges.

PAYMENT TERMS

At the time of confirmation you can decide whether to pay in full or pay a 50% deposit. All payments are non-refundable.
The remaining balance, unless otherwise agreed must be paid within 30 (thirty) days of the first payment.

CANCELLATIONS

All payments and deposits are final and non-refundable.
MFA will follow all protocols and security measures established by the Italian State Government as well as local and venue regulations. Therefore, MFA will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement if these are changed by the government, compromising or limiting the participation of any individual enrolled.
A 100% refund (excluding travel, transportation, hotels, meals, and any other costs incurred by the participant that are different from the fee paid to MFA up to the date of cancellation, if any) will be given only in the event of a total cancellation of the event.
MFA reserves the right to reschedule any event if there should be a force majeure, natural disaster, breach of contract by the main artists, pandemic, or any other circumstance that makes it impossible to hold the event.
Refunds will not be provided if an event must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control of MFA. This also applies to any member who may be unable to attend MFA GUITAR CAMP due to Covid and/or personal reasons.

PHOTO DISCLAIMER

MFA reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during MFA GUITAR CAMP including pictures of participants and to use such photos for advertising and marketing purposes.

By submitting your information and confirming your participation you agree to release your image to MFA without compensation and understand that MFA reserves all rights with respect to the reproduction and use of such photograph.

GENERAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

I hereby release MFA, the staff, director, artists, and all associated entities, from all claims, liabilities, loss of property, damages, injuries, etc. arising out of or in connection with my purchase and/or participation in any aspect of MFA GUITAR CAMP 2023.
